At Refinish My Floors, LLC, we stand behind every job we complete. We provide a *craftsmanship warranty* on all work performed — meaning if something wasn’t done right on our end, we come back and make it right. That’s our personal promise to every client.

Manufacturer Warranty:

For new hardwood flooring installations and refinishing projects, your floors may also be covered under the *manufacturer’s warranty*. We’ll point you to the product specifications so you have full details on what’s covered and for how long.

What’s Not Covered

It’s important to understand that hardwood is a *natural wood product* — and like all wood, it can scratch over time. Scratches, dents, and surface wear caused by *daily use, furniture, pets, high heels, or other activity in the home* are considered normal wear and are *not covered under our warranty*. This is the nature of hardwood flooring and is not the result of our workmanship or the products we use.

If damage occurs due to something within your home — whether accidental or from regular use — that falls outside the scope of our guarantee.
